The Hot Canadian Painter I Met on the Internet : Notes on Tom Thomson

Aug. 5 is the birthday of an artist whose Northern landscapes captivate me, although I’ve only studied pictures of his paintings. The Internet can provide wonderful introductions to works of art we may want to someday visit in person.
